Goodlettsville, TN

Nashville’s hot summers and humid winters can wreak havoc on your crawlspace. Moisture from the elements leads to a musty environment, potential mold growth, and even higher energy bills.

Crawlspace Makeover is your one-stop shop for a complete crawlspace transformation. We specialize in crawlspace encapsulation, a process that seals your crawlspace and creates a clean, dry environment.

Forget piecemeal solutions! Our patented encapsulation process features a multi-pronged approach that prevents mold growth, safeguards your foundation, and even helps your HVAC run more efficiently, saving you money year afterround.

To do this, we combine high-performance vapor barriers, a powerful dehumidifier, and mechanical ventilation systems to create a dry, healthy environment.

• Vapor Barrier
A vapor barrier is your first line of defense! It’s a heavy-duty polyethylene liner that acts as a barrier against ground moisture—preventing condensation, mold growth, and wood rot.
• Dehumidifier
Think of it like a sponge for moisture—it removes excess moisture from the air. It’s used to effectively manage moisture levels, prevent mildew and mold growth, clean and filter the air, remove allergens and dust mites, and eliminate odors.
• Mechanical Ventilation System
A mechanical ventilation system is basically a supercharged air purifier that’s specifically engineered for your crawlspace foundation. It exhausts stale moisture-laden air and pushes fresh, drier air from outside, leaving your crawlspace clean and fresh.
